StillSecure Safe Access Wins Best Buy in SC Magazine’s Endpoint Security Group Test

June 12th, 2006

StillSecure®, provider of an award-winning, integrated suite of enterprise network security solutions, today received an SC Magazine Best Buy award for the StillSecure Safe Access™ network access control solution. Safe Access was awarded a perfect five out of a possible five stars in the magazine´s June 2006 endpoint security group test. SC Magazine´s stringent review criteria include features, ease of use, performance, documentation, support, and overall value. SC Magazine engineers test and review all products against these criteria and determine the group test winner based upon performance.

SC Magazine states that Safe Access is an “excellent, fully featured endpoint security solution.” According to Peter Stephenson, SC Magazine reviewer, Safe Access is “very flexible with many policy options in all endpoint security categories. This appliance comes loaded with features… (and) is simple to set up and deploy rapidly on the network.”

“We are excited to be awarded and recognized as the top endpoint security product twice in a row by the prestigious SC Magazine. This award validates the importance of using a purpose-built, mature network access control solution that delivers superior flexibility and ease-of-use,” said Mitchell Ashley, CTO and VP of Customer Experience of StillSecure. “As a market leader, we will continue to push the envelope by making it easier for any organization to implement a NAC solution, no matter what their network topology or business environment dictates.”

This Best Buy award is the latest in a long list of awards for Safe Access in the endpoint security/NAC market. Among other accolades, Safe Access has been named an Information Security Hot Pick, and to the InfoWorld Network Security Leaderboard. Safe Access was also voted Best Endpoint Security Solution by over 100,000 SC Magazine readers in their annual SC Awards this past February.
