SUNNYVALE, Calif. Jan. 30, 2006–Code Green Networks, a provider of enterprise content security solutions, today announced the completion of an oversubscribed Series C round of funding of $15 million, bringing the company´s total funding to date to $32 million. This latest round, led by Sierra Ventures and including investment from Bay Partners, was oversubscribed by four times the amount raised.
